This role helps ensure a safe, engaging, and well-organized camp environment while supporting staff, campers, and families. The Assistant Camp Director works closely with leadership staff to implement camp policies, oversee daily activities, and step into a leadership role as needed to ensure camp runs smoothly.

A Wonder Camp Director is a multifaceted position responsible for leading and managing a specialized camp program designed to offer immersive experiences in a specific field such as volleyball, basketball, art, science, Lego robotics, dance, cheer, flag football, cooking, baseball, or soccer. This role involves developing curriculum and activities tailored to the camp's focus, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. This position requires a blend of expertise in the camp's subject area, strong leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for working with children and young adults to foster learning, skill development, and a love for the camp's focus area.
The Worship Leader is responsible for leading meaningful, engaging, and Christ-centered worship experiences that invite participants into a spirit of praise, reflection, and connection with God. This role supports the spiritual atmosphere of the program by selecting appropriate music, leading worship services, and encouraging participation in a way that is welcoming and age-appropriate.

This role is responsible for creating and leading fun, engaging games and activities, writing and performing Bible skits, and helping create unforgettable moments for campers each day. Program Team members set the tone for enthusiasm, creativity, and Christ-centered fun, ensuring camp is both meaningful and full of joy. If you love being on stage, thinking outside the box, and making camp magical, this is the role for you!
